Chris D'Agostino, CCIM
C.E.O.-Financing, Leasing, and Sales

Chris D’Agostino is responsible for the management, financing, and leasing of D’Agostino Companies developments. Chris graduated from Louisiana State University in 1999 with a bachelors of science in education. Chris began his career with D’Agostino Companies in 1996 as a property manager. Chris moved to Conroe, Texas in 1999 to open the D’Agostino Companies new corporate headquarters. Chris holds his CCIM designation as well as his Texas and Louisiana real estate brokers licenses. Chris is a member of the CCIM institute as well as a member of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the CCIM. Chris’ hobbies include spending time with his wife and family.

Bryan D'Agostino
C.O.O. Construction, Development, and Operations

Bryan D’Agostino was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. As a child he grew up on his father’s construction and development projects immediately taking a liking to this aspect of the real estate business. He took a job with TBT Industries, Inc. (a commercial general contractor) during college as he studied and majored in Construction Technology at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. At the age of twenty he formed his first corporation, concentrating on the design and construction of single family custom homes and light commercial construction.

Once the corporate office was moved to Texas, he joined the firm as design and project manager. He is responsible for all commercial developments and construction, tenant build outs, single family residential developments, and corporate structuring associated with D’Agostino Companies.

Bryan holds both residential and commercial contractor’s license in LA and Texas. He holds a real estate license in LA and is in the process of completing his CCIM designation.

Kari Johnson
Accounting/Controller

Kari Johnson joined D'Agostino Companies in 2002 as their in house accountant. She earned a B.S. with a double major in accounting and business administration from Eastern New Mexico University. Prior to joining the team at D'Agostino Companies, Kari worked in a CPA firm in Austin, Texas. She also holds a Notary Public license and maintains industry standards in accounting and real estate fields through continuing education.

Charles D'Agostino, CCIM
Operations Manager/Asset Management/Project Management

Charles D’Agostino, asset manager for D’Agostino Companies, is responsible for the management of the D’Agostino Company’s portfolio of office buildings, retail centers, and residential development’s HOA’s. He is also responsible for marketing, market research and site analysis for new projects. Charles joined D’Agostino Companies in December 2005 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southeastern Louisiana University. While in college Charles worked at Merrill Lynch as a broker’s assist, and at Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate as a commercial real estate marketer. Charles holds his CCIM designation as well as his Texas real estate license. Charles is a member of the CCIM Institute as well as a member of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the CCIM.

 

Erika Hoffman
Office Manager

Erika Hoffman was born and raised in Alaska. She attended California University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.A. in history in 2003. She and her husband relocated to the Conroe area in 2005. Erika joined D'Agostino Companies in 2007 as their Office Manager. She participates in continuing education in business and administrative fields and has earned several certificates.
