Consisting of 65 acres, City Place will be a mixed use development comprised of a hospital, medical office, hotel, retail shopping, restaurants, and a 16 screen stadium seat theater. City Place is located at the NW corner of I-45 and League Line Road in Conroe, Texas. D’Agostino Companies acquired the land to construct City Place in 1998. Phase One of City Place opened with the completion of The Grand Theater on June 28, 2005. Phase II was completed with the construction and occupancy of a 60,000 SF Class A medical office building for regional medical tenant Sadler Clinic on August 15, 2009. Phase Three will be completed with the occupancy and construction of a 20,000 square foot Class A medical office building and emergency room for regional medical tenant Sadler Clinic.
