According to Bryan D’Agostino, partner and chief operating officer of the development company D’Agostino Companies, the office development consists of four single-story steel and architectural block buildings comprising 40,000 square feet located on 2.468 acres inside the Spring Hill Business Park near the southeast corner of I-45 and Rayford/Sawdust Roads.

Spring Hill Business Park provides excellent access to Interstate 45, Hardy Toll Road, The Woodlands Town Center, and Exxon Mobil’s new corporate campus.
