A build to suit for regional medical tenant Sadler Clinic, this single story Class A, tilt wall and glass medical office building will consist of 20,000 square feet on 1.70 acres. Sadler Clinic will use half of this building for an Emergency Room facility and the remaining half for clinical space. This building will be part of the multi-phase mixed use development, City Place, located at the northwest quadrant of the I-45 and League Line Road intersection. Occupancy is scheduled for February 2012.
