Interstate 45 on FM 1097 in Willis, TX, and immediately adjacent to the new Willis Town Center, Kroger anchored shopping center and Walgreens, developed by Newquest Properties. The center consists of 16,092 SF and will lease for half of the cost of the small shop retail space in the Willis Town Center Shopping Center.
